The new Urban Decay palette incorporates 12 stunning warm, terracotta tones. If you like exotic Spanish Sunsets in a palette…could it get anymore dreamy. This is my go to palette to create the ultimate warm smokey or a sassy fire cat-eye look. I love that Urban Decay have a great selection matte shadows but still not neglecting people who love their shimmer shades.

I created a soft fire red smokey eye look that only took minutes, I love how easy the shades are to blend and how well they compliment each other. As if all the hard work of pairing colour shades have been all done for you. I can do a YouTube tutorial on this look if you would like, so leave a comment down below if you would like to see that. If all this has got you all excited already and you can’t wait any longer grab your own palette HERE!

  • Ounce (ivory shimmer)
  • Chaser (light nude matte)
  • Sauced (soft terra-cotta matte)
  • Low Blow (brown matte)
  • Lumbre (copper shimmer w/gold pearl shift)
  • He Devil (burnt red matte)
  • Dirty Talk (metallic burnt red)
  • Scorched (metallic deep red w/gold micro-shimmer)
  • Cayenne (deep terra-cotta matte)
  • En Fuego (burgundy matte)
  • Ashes (deep reddish-brown matte)
  • Ember (deep metallic copper-burgundy)

Urban Decay NAKED HEAT

In the swatches above you can see the variety of textures and formulations inside this palette, some of the paler matte shades don’t look at vivid so I highly recommend using a eye shadow primer and I’ve been reaching for the Urban Decay original eye shadow potion. This helps to keep the keep the colours from creasing.

I have to be honest though something I think is missing from this palette which I wish it had is a bold red shade, but that would be my only true criticism of the palette. I do love the big mirror and double ended brush that’s included in the palette which I don’t normally like to use. Taking into account the mirror, double ended brush, 12 eye shadows and retro chic packaging, I think NAKED HEAT is pretty well priced at £39.50 for what you are getting.
