The past week has been quite surreal, going to my first London Fashion Week as a blogger, soaking in the shows, the people and the clothes. So it was nice to take it easy over the weekend.
LFW was filled with so many inspiring aspects and this year I was so fortunate to have attended some shows. I will post a LFW diary soon.
With what feels like to be the last of the sunny weekends over the weekend, I took full advantage to shoot my look for my friends engagement party.
I chose this feminine pleated skirt – at under £50 it’s one of those budget-friendly statement pieces that is my kind of wardrobe staple. The colour is this beautiful dusty blue and in a coated fabric adding some weight to the skirt. Meaning when those autumn gushes of wind come along your skirt wont fly up past your head 🙂
Once I saw this skirt on ASOS I was totally inspired by the way they had styled it, taking major inspo I also paired my skirt with a minimal white cropped turtle neck (every girl should own at least one of these) and my classic tan leather bag from Reiss (old) that I used as a clutch bag. My heels are my go to comfy yet on trend nude block heels from NewLook.
